“I can summarise my experience with Olivier in one word: Transformational. After suffering for many years with a complex combination of ailments and having tried numerous treatment (NHS and complimentary), I decided to try Nutritional Therapy. Within a few weeks, I started to feel an improvement and I have not only got my symptoms under control but also discovered the source of my issues — something multiple tests, scans and other specialists have never managed to do.”

Journaling gives me control over my mindset and the way I experience and react to my feelings.
— Carly. Aberdeen.
Following my consultation with Olivier, he recommended I start journaling to help me deal with anxiety and better organise my day and regulate my energy levels. I am hoping that other people will take my experience to better understand the power of journaling and the amazing impact it has on my day. In addition to my nutrition report, journaling has also helped me sleep better.
Now, I fall asleep in seconds. I never slept better.
Journalling has allowed me to have a very definite and purposeful start and end to my day. I begin by setting out my intentions which allows me to consciously make decisions around how I want my day to feel. I try not to make this a 'to do list' that will put pressure on me but instead a list of things that I know will benefit my overall mood e.g. I may note that I wish to spend more time outdoors. I then select 2 affirmations (not too many that I will struggle to remember them) which I maybe feel will support me later in the day or support me with feelings I have been experiencing over the previous days.
In addition to journaling, affirmations have also been extremely helpful. Throughout the day when I feel my mood shifting, I stop and repeat the affirmations in my mind and these really support me to come back to a more positive state of being.
Before I sleep, I reflect on the day and use this as a time to be honest with myself in terms of my intentions. I try to identify ways to move forward before writing down 3 things I am grateful for from either the day or in life in general. Journalling has proved to help me make conscious choices and give me control over my mindset and the way I experience and react to my feelings.

“[I was] in search of healing for PTSD due to working at the coal face during the pandemic. Rosacea on my face which was upsetting and relentless and stubborn weight which medics indicated was hormonal.
The women in the practice had no availability at that time, so with a little hesitation I booked an initial consultation with Olivier Sanchez. Olivier was immediately a breath of fresh air! He gave me hope that we could work together to reclaim my zest for life and improved health.
Olivier provided a rich combination of initial exploratory ‘talking therapy’ which left me feeling he deeply understood the issues I had, before he recommended a gentle and gradual plan of the steps to recovery.
Olivier has a unique gift to combine all of his training and skills with a capacity to reach the very ‘essence’ of the challenges I faced in order to bring hope, and realistic and gentle steps towards a sustainable recovery.
After three months my gut health has begun to recover which has impacted my skin positively. My weight is reducing due to inflammatory foods being identified, and a change in diet. My mood is improving as a consequence of the above, as I understand my body and mind more fully. The journaling and meditation has become a part of my life now that has generated such positive change. Improved sleep, positivity, and hope.
I would recommend working with Olivier to anyone who is struggling with mental and physical overwhelm. He is a most skilled professional. Positive, realistic, encouraging, optimistic, insightful and a highly creative and inspirational practitioner.
